🧩 Role Overview: Salesforce Power User / Admin / Product Owner Hybrid

Based on the task list, this role is far more than a traditional Salesforce admin. It blends strategic business analysis, process automation, data integrity oversight, and user experience optimization.
🔧 Core Responsibilities
1. System Administration & Automation
- Oversee record merging logic, deduplication rules, and data hygiene for accounts, contacts, properties, and addresses.
- Maintain and enhance custom objects like the Financial Matrix, Skip Bomb, Offer Objects, etc.
- Set up and optimize workflows, including automations for direct mail, email campaigns, and skip tracing API integrations.
2. Integration Management
- Coordinate and test APIs with:
- Skip tracing tools (e.g., Versium, Endato, DirectSkip)
- Melissa Data for address and property validation
- Auction scraping services
- Drive Connect (Google Drive integration)
- Digital signature and eNotary platforms (e.g., Proof.com)
- Track and validate automation results and data returned from integrated systems.
3. Data Strategy & Reporting
- Enforce primary field logic (e.g., only one primary ACR, primary contact, phone, etc.).
- Implement global picklists, standard formatting (e.g., phone, address, nationality), and formula fields for data enhancement (e.g., distance between ZIP codes, Days From Auction).
- Lead data cleansing efforts post-merge or batch imports.
- Create advanced reports and dashboards for agent and team visibility.
4. User Interface Design (Skuid)
- Design and troubleshoot custom Skuid pages for Contacts, Properties, Counties, etc.
- Configure Skuid tabs, forms, drawers, and filters for high usability in sales and marketing workflows.
- Enhance UX with features like dynamic CTI panels, copy buttons, SMS integrations, and dark/light themes.
🚀 Project Ownership Areas
The tasks list documents full project lifecycle ownership in:
- “Skip Bomb” system (including logic, timing delays, API layering, UI)
- Mass communication modules (SMS360, automated email cadences, CTI)
- Smart Pricing Engine and comp API development (e.g., Prycd)
- Lead lifecycle integrations from web forms (e.g., SaveMySurplus.com, TheLandOutlet.com) into Salesforce.
- AI integrations for scraping, calling, validation, and intelligent record matching
