About the Role

We are looking for experienced closers with a history of success in high-stakes conversations and a hunger to make more, faster, and with less friction.

As a Surplus Saver, your job is to connect with qualified property owners and heirs, educate them about the money owed to them, and guide them into our simple legal process. You’ll be equipped with a Salesforce-based platform, AI automations, and a refined script — so you can do what you do best: close deals.

• Follow battle-tested scripts and workflows that drive client conversions
• Build trust, explain benefits, and secure signed claim agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Leverage our Salesforce-powered platform to maximize daily productivity and tracking
• Hit and exceed transaction-based performance targets
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and development

Requirements

2 Year minimum cold calling experience, ideally in Surplus and or Real Estate, also preferably 2 years in sales /Surplus Funds/Tax Overage experience Excellent English Accent, with little to no foreign accent as we are targeting the US market. Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain motivation. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of the surplus recovery industry is a plus but not mandatory. REQUIRED TOOLS All Independent Contractors must have available and working the following tools in good working condition: Desktop Computer with High Definition Dual Monitors (4K) 15 Inches or larger each. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Save My Surplus's services.

Educate prospects about surplus funds resulting from property foreclosures and the benefits of our recovery services.

Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients through effective communication.

Address and overcome objections to secure client agreements.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and recovery teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.

Meet or exceed monthly KPI targets for calls and client conversions.

Compensation

$4 to $10/ Hour + Bonuses of 5-10% 5% if lead is handed over to manager, and 10% if Lead is Closed By Surplus Saver Flexible remote working environment. Supportive team culture with regular training sessions.
